COVA will conclude a Framework Agreement with sellers of crude oil and/or oil products who will be placed on a short list to receive invitations for the different tender procedures for the purchase of crude oil and/or oil products. The Framework Agreement sets out the contractual right of parties and the procedures of COVA to purchase certain volumes of stock of crude oil and oil products.
