Senior Quantity Surveyor / Cost Control Engineer

Role Summary We are seeking a highly experienced Quantity Surveyor / Cost Control Engineer to join the Owner's project controls team for the detailed design phase of a nuclear isotope reactor project. The successful candidate will act as the Owner's single point of contact (SPOC) for timesheet review and validation, and will lead cost control, LOE (Level of Effort) management and contract compliance activities under a complex multi-party EPCM contractual framework.
