Market consultation SEM

For the study of friction-switchable surfaces at nanometer scales, ultrasmooth coatings of sub-nanometer roughness, nanocomposites and nanostructured materials, ultrashort pulse laser ablation micro-milling, and additively manufactured structures, the University of Groningen (hereinafter: the UG) requires an integrated high-resolution scanning electron microscope (SEM). It is important for the UG to be able to produce stunningly detailed images of nanostructures and perform a comprehensive analysis for different applications.
