Mode-S Monopulse Secondary Surveillance Radar systems

ATC-NL intends to replace its aging Mode-S MSSR Terminal Approach Radar TAR-1 at Amsterdam Airport Schiphol. This new Radar System “TAR-1” contributes to the cooperative (Mode-S) coverage for air traffic control of respective Schiphol Tower, Schiphol Approach and Area Control Centre.
