Market Consultation European tender of Payments services for the Belastingdienst, Toeslagen en Douane

As the Contracting Authority, the Ministry of Finance, in particular the Dutch State Treasury Agency, intends to start a European tender procedure, which must lead to an agreement for implementation of payments services for the Belastingdienst, Toeslagen and Douane. The Contracting Authority would like to prepare this tender properly.
