The Netherlands Ministry of Defence needs approximately 66 new UHF Air Traffic Control Radio's (225 - 400 MHz; NATO Band I), because our current radio's have reached their End Life Of Type. The radio's will be used as last resort radio's that guarantee safe air traffic communication in case the primary system (the Voice Communication System) fails.
