The tender concerns both blank(Unloaded) paper fan-folded CT's (which will be finalized and loaded in the ticketing machines) as preloaded paper CT's (which are used for promotional events); The CT's need to be smart cards and therefor contain a chip(certified by Translink(TLS), at this moment Mifare), magnetics are excluded.
